REALTORS® Amie Ferris and Ray Ferris service the communities of Norfolk County along the North Shore of Lake Erie in South Western Ontario, including natural wonders such as Long Point, a 30 mile sand spit jutting out into the lake.  Perched on the shores overlooking Long Point Bay are the lakeside villages of Port Rowan, St. Williams and Booth's Harbour.  Further along the sparkling shoreline sit Turkey Point, Normandale, Port Ryerse and Port Dover; other popular communities of Ontario's south coast.  In August 2008, The Toronto Star featured an article about the southern tip of Ontario on Lake Erie as the alternative to "goin' up north". 

Amie was born and raised in Port Dover and Ray in Long Point and Port Rowan. Their lifelong experience of the area provides them with a wealth of knowledge to bring to your real estate transaction.  If you're new to the area, they can point you in the right direction to find a doctor, lawyer and trades people who service the area.  They know the schools, libraries, shops, banks and the people!

Real estate is both Amie and Ray’s profession and only business interest.  By focusing solely on real estate, they have the expertise to properly evaluate the unique lakeside area real estate market and have a unique knowledge of not only what is official for sale but also the ability to know what properties are potentially for sale.

Both Ray and Amie are proud to be REALTORS®.  They are passionate about real estate and volunteer a lot of their time furthering the growth of the local real estate board where Ray served as President in 2009 and 2010 and Amie currently serves as President-Elect.

When not selling real estate, Amie enjoys spending time with friends and family, shopping, and trying her hand in photography. Ray enjoys fishing, music, reading and cooking (his true passion). Together, Amie and Ray enjoy summers on their boat, traveling and dining out.
